Tom founded Tom Stuart Construction and its sister company Stuart Development in 1983 and quickly became a pioneer in the Utah real estate development scene.
He introduced concrete tilt-up structures, a technique that has since become a cornerstone of the industry.
Over the years, he and his team have built a diverse portfolio, including multi-family, industrial, retail, and residential projects across the Western United States.
Now, with over 300 acres of property, we manage millions of sq. ft. of space across the Western United States.
